New Electronic Material Center

New Electronic Material Center

The New Electronic Material Center initially is focusing on research and development of super-magnetic material.

It will gradually establish the following environments: standard CMOS integrated circuit technology process; micron/nanometer manufacturing and integrated magnetic electron process; packaging assembly line; complete circuit design, process technology, device analysis and test equipment; and advanced material research and test.

The Center aims to promote the research and development of integrated magnetic-sensors, MRAM storage, and other kinds of spintronics.

Guangdong Province already has a well-developed automobile industry. This new series of electro-magnetic sensors, as well as other value-added car electronic products, will be well received here.
